Description


SkyShowtime is seeking a Regional Engagement Manager to join our team in Northern Europe (Copenhagen or Stockholm) and play a crucial role in advancing our Retention & Engagement marketing efforts. In this position, you'll be instrumental in driving user engagement and growth by leveraging your expertise in Retention & Engagement strategies, CRM, customer interaction, and tactical marketing analysis. You will be the key contact for the Northern European team to ensure adaption of global engagement strategies. You will analyse regional customer data and collaborate with teams to implement targeted, market-relevant initiatives that enhance customer growth, retention, and lifetime value. Your strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and results-driven approach will contribute significantly to SkyShowtime’s success, fostering deeper customer relationships and increasing customer lifetime value.
Key responsibilities will include creating and executing engagement strategies and campaigns, analysing customer data, and optimising audience segmentation to ensure targeted, personalised marketing efforts. Experience in campaign strategy and audience segmentation will be highly valued for this role.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, optimise, and execute customer engagement initiatives across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, using automation, custom audiences, and tailored programs throughout various customer lifecycle stages.
  • Create and implement new use cases, designing automated and dynamic campaigns driven by data insights to boost engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute a test-and-learn strategy to continually enhance communication effectiveness across different channels and marketing programs.
  • Track and analyse CRM campaign performance, working closely with data and analytics teams to improve customer engagement and loyalty through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Editorial teams to develop and support cross-channel initiatives that align with overall goals.
  • Partner with the Product team to enhance the customer journey, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences across the platform.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Marketing team to localise campaigns, ensuring they are relevant and tailored to meet the specific needs of each market.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Experience with CRM, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or similar field preferably from a B2C subscription-oriented business.
  • Excellent understanding of email, push notification and In-app notifications.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel, web analytics tools, etc.
  • Expertise in audience targeting/segmentation, A/B testing, and optimisation for conversion and engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver strategic and tactical results.
  • Enjoys collaborating across teams and holds excellent teamwork skills.
  • Attention to details and process-oriented.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Must be fluent in English and with excellent oral and writing skills.
