Regional Manager

Tubs & Tiles is part of Heat Merchants Group, Ireland’s leading supplier to the heating and plumbing industry which has been servicing Irish homeowners and trade professionals since 1978.

As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches and help drive growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction._ As we have 12 showrooms nationwide, applicants can be based anywhere, within reason. The successful candidate will look after 6 branches._

Role Overview:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing the performance of several branches selling luxury tiles and bathroom sanitary ware. This is a key leadership role, requiring a blend of sales expertise, operational oversight, and team leadership to drive revenue growth, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail management and a strong commitment to developing employees.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Driving sales & increasing profitability through Business Development
  • Overseeing and reviewing Branch Operations
  • Team Leadership and Manager Development
  • Driving Customer Experience and Satisfaction within Branch Network
  • Input to Branch sales budgets annually. Supporting Branch Managers with P&L Management
  • Cross Brand Collaboration & Lead Sharing
  • Collaborate with Stock Management team to ensure branch KPIs are met
  • Quotation Follow-up and conversion management & reporting
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to deliver a cohesive marketing plan to deliver market share growth
  • Champion Employee Training & Development within your region
  • Promote and demonstrate our Company Values
  • Monthly Reporting & Analysis of regions’ performance Month and YTD
  • Champion a strong Health & Safety culture
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties required by senior Management

Essential Criteria

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management with a proven track record of driving sales, and leading high-performing teams to achieve business goals.
  • Proven track record in and meeting/exceeding KPIs and delivering results.
  • Possess excellent Leadership & People Management Skills along with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with retail management software and reporting tools.

Desirable Criteria

  • A Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field.
  • Experience of managing multi-site locations.
  • Possess knowledge and experience within the Tile & Bathroom industry or home furnishings.
