Now, we’re on the lookout for an exceptional leader to take charge of seven stores across the Wellington Region—from Levin to the City and Hutt.

As Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your stores’ success. Your role goes beyond management - you’ll lead, inspire, and empower your teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, boost performance, and drive innovation in the retail space. In this role you will;

• Lead with purpose – Set clear objectives, drive strategic growth, and create a high-performing culture.
• Make an impact – Work on projects that shape the future of our business while ensuring every store in your region thrives.
• Empower your teams – Recruit, train, and develop talented store managers and staff, ensuring they have the tools and mindset to excel.
• Drive execution excellence, efficiency & profitability – Oversee operations, enhance productivity, and create meaningful customer connections.
• Stay ahead of the game – Keep up with industry trends, competitive activities, and the latest in consumer electronics.

We need a visionary leader who is passionate about retail and understands what it takes to lead multiple teams to success. Our wish list for this role is;

• Retail management experience (consumer electronics or a similar industry preferred)
• Strong leadership & motivation skills – You know how to bring out the best in your people
• Strategic thinker & data-driven decision-maker – You turn insights into action
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence
• Financial acumen – Budgeting, P&L management, and smart decision-making
• A solid health and safety focus - putting your people first.
• Customer-first mindset – Passionate about delivering exceptional shopping experiences
• Adaptability & resilience – Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Tech-savvy – Proficient in retail management software & Microsoft Office
  
  As a Regional Manager, you’ll need to be willing to travel regularly within the Wellington region and be flexible with your schedule, including occasional weekends and holidays.
