Job Description


Turner & Townsend is undergoing a major transformation across Europe, aligning teams, systems, and ways of working into a more integrated operating model.

A dedicated regional team is driving this change, including the rollout of new processes and systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365

As the programme progresses, this role will support implementation, coordination, and user adoption across multiple countries in a fast-paced, international environment.

We are seeking a Regional Operations Integration Lead to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across Europe.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and project delivery, ensuring seamless integration of business processes, high data quality, and strong user adoption.

You will act as a key liaison between regional stakeholders, operational teams, and central programme leadership, driving alignment and enabling a successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Delivery & Integration
    • Lead regional rollout and implementation activities for D365
    • Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
    • Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across countries
  • Data Ownership & Migration
    • Own data readiness, quality, and validation for assigned business segments
    • Identify gaps, lead data cleansing, and support migration activities
    • Sign off on data accuracy and completeness prior to go-live
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the key interface between regional teams, central data teams, and leadership
    • Communicate progress, risks, and feedback across stakeholders
    • Support local teams throughout transition and adoption
  • Testing & Validation
    • Define and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
    • Ensure system functionality meets operational and financial requirements
    • Coordinate cross-functional testing activities
  • Change & Adoption
    • Champion new processes and support change management initiatives
    • Drive engagement across regions and support training efforts
    • Establish local champions to embed new ways of working
  • Process Improvement
    • Review existing workflows and design optimized future-state processes
    • Translate operational needs into functional requirements for system configuration
  • Post-Implementation Support
    • Monitor data integrity post-migration
    • Support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement

Track performance metrics and ensure benefits realisation


Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of experience in operations, project management, or ERP/finance transformation
  • Experience working in complex, multinational or matrix organisations
  • Background in project-based or professional services environments
  • Proven experience with ERP implementations (ideally D365)
  • Strong exposure to data migration, data quality, and testing (UAT)
  • Experience working across multiple countries or functions
