Regional Operations Manager (Europe)
Select Roofing Ltd. is undergoing an exciting new phase of growth and international expansion, and we're looking for a commercially sharp and operationally focused Regional Operations Manager to lead our project delivery across Europe.
This pivotal, strategic role, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, combines direct project management of multi-million-euro construction projects (typically

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be the linchpin for project success across Europe, focusing on profitability, efficiency, and excellence.
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee the direct delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at €5m+.
- Operational Excellence: Lead all aspects of project operations, including planning, mobilization, delivery, cost control, and performance.
- Supply Chain Development: Strategically build and manage a strong supply chain pipeline of reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and local labour resources.
- Commercial & Risk Management: Work closely with the commercial team to ensure project profitability, performance, and effective risk management.
- Team Management: Oversee the recruitment, management, and development of project teams across Europe.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with local legislation and construction standards, while providing clear performance updates to the COO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, partners, local subcontractors, and regional stakeholders.
What You'll Bring (Key Requirements)
We're looking for an experienced and commercially astute leader with proven success in complex construction operations.
- Experience: 8–10 years’ experience in construction project and operations management, ideally with European exposure.
- Track Record: Proven ability to successfully manage projects valued at €5m+.
- Commercial Acumen: Commercially astute, with a strong focus on driving profitability and performance on complex construction projects.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, capable of managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Strong knowledge of construction supply chains and proven experience in subcontractor management.
- Skills: A confident negotiator, a hands-on, solutions-driven approach, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
- Location & Language: Fluent English essential (additional European languages desirable). Must be based in Dublin with a full clean driver’s licence.
