About the Role
Due to expansion, as our Regional Operations Officer – ECEC, you'll be at the forefront of driving quality and excellence across our early learning services. Collaborating closely with Centre Directors. You'll provide leadership, guidance, coaching, mentoring and operational support to ensure our services deliver the highest standards of care and education.
- Provide strategic leadership and operational support to ensure high-quality, child-safe, and inclusive education across multiple early learning centres.
- Mentor and develop Centre Directors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Oversee compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Drive operational efficiency, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Lead the implementation of Self Assessment Tools and support services through Assessment and Rating processes.
- Engage with families and communities to strengthen partnerships and promote inclusive practices.
You're a natural leader with a heart for early childhood education. Your qualifications and experience include:
- A university qualification in Early Childhood Education and NESA Teacher Accreditation.
- Proven leadership experience in early childhood settings, with a deep understanding of contemporary pedagogies and curriculum planning.
- Strong ability to facilitate change through reflective practice and a strengths-based approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with families, staff, and stakeholders.
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check, completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO and current driver's license.
