Regional Product Lead, Media Effectiveness

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a strategy.
  • Experience influencing c-level executives, managers, and promoters both in and outside Google.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, people management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with promoters and customers to identify opportunities associated with potential business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions for their business and marketing challenges.
  • Identify and build knowledge about the typical measurement solutions used by customers and agencies, and develop Google positioning for the market.
  • Advise customer partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
  • Work with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret, analyze and contextualize the results of different Google measurement solutions (e.g., incrementality studies) showing Google’s impact to customers.
  • Partner with sales to effectively position Google results against the client's marketing objective as well as drive conversations about growth.
