LocalPro Carpet Cleaning is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Develop, support, and train technicians sales and customer service techniques
Oversee schedules and daily sales performance
Bid and negotiate jobs over the phone with customers
Handle escalated customer issues

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, leadership, or team management
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented and driven to grow
