Overview
Oversee the operational sales execution for flatbed, drop deck, and logging trailer products for the US market. This role is responsible for defining, planning, and implementing policies and programs aimed at maximizing sales volume while achieving annual revenue and margin targets. Includes developing and managing a third-party dealer network, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, and collaborating on product development and launch initiatives to enhance competitiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, market analysis expertise, and a proven track record in business development within the commercial trailer industry
Responsibilities
· Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth
· Leads efforts to align sales operations with strategic objectives, ensuring optimal results.
· Formulates and executes strategic sales plans aligned with market dynamics and customer needs.
· Implements a strategic Sales and Marketing approach to enhance forecast accuracy, accelerate revenue growth, and streamline the sales cycle.
· Identifies and recommends sales strategies that maximize results.
· Analyze market conditions, set sales targets, and lead performance management efforts to ensure profitability.
· Defines annual sales targets and manages performance to achieve profitability objectives.
· Enhance brand awareness
· Develops comprehensive marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and attract new business opportunities.
· Strengthens relationships with existing customers and partners to drive increased revenue streams.
· Reviews and negotiates long-term agreements to ensure favorable business outcomes.
· Maintains high-quality standards for product demonstrations and proposals.
· Prepares and delivers detailed reports on sales activities and market trends to senior management.
· Represents the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional committees.
· Monitors competitor activities and provides insights into market trends.
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Skills
· Strategic Leadership & Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives with precision.
· Communication & Presentation Expertise: Strong ability to articulate ideas clearly, deliver impactful presentations, and maintain organized workflows.
· Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Proven skills in negotiating successful outcomes, resolving conflicts effectively, and managing time efficiently.
· Financial & Analytical Acumen: Solid understanding of financial reports and the ability to analyze data to drive informed business decisions.
· Technology Sales & Account Management: Extensive experience in driving technology sales, managing accounts, and implementing revenue-generating strategies.
· Customer Relationship Management: History of building and maintaining strong client relationships that foster long-term business growth.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other essential business tools.
Education and Experience
· Academic Background: A postgraduate degree in Commercial or Business-related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience - Desired
· Experience: Demonstrated expertise in overseeing major customer accounts, creating and managing a dealer network. Ensuring strong business relationships and market growth - Required
· Sales & Marketing Knowledge: Proven understanding and hands-on experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and optimize business performance -Required
· Language – English - Required
· Available to Travel – U.S.A, Brazil, Abroad – Required
3-5 years’ experience – Required, 5-10 years - Desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
