About the Role:
This role is responsible for achieving revenue and margin targets, growing market share, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will manage strategic accounts, drive new business, secure project specifications, and collaborate across operations, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers across VIC/SA.
Achieve regional sales budgets and protect profit margins.
Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted partner for major accounts.
Deliver technical and solution-based proposals to influence project specifications.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational capability aligns with customer commitments.

About You:
Proven track record in B2B solution sales, preferably in infrastructure, civil, or construction products.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and commercial acumen.
Ability to travel across VIC and SA regularly to support key customers and the sales team.
