Regional Sales Manager – Identity & Access Management (f/m/d)
You will encounter solutions related to digital transformation using cloud, data and software. This is the right place for you if you want to help us making digital services, identities and transactions secure and reliable.
As the Regional Sales Manager for Workforce IAM, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Italy and Iberia region. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, channel, sales engineering, and professional services teams to ensure the successful reach of your sales goals. Your focus will be on cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders in the market to promote our innovative solutions and increase our market presence in Italy and Iberia region.

Your mission
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to (over)achieve yearly revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the assigned territory, focusing on our products in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
Identify potential customers, create a robust pipeline, and convert leads into successful deals
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to capitalize on opportunities and address potential threats effectively
Proactively drive all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, organizing demos and POVs (proof of value), responding to RFPs, negotiating, and closing process
Collaborate with marketing, channel team, product management and other related parties to develop communities, sales campaigns and any other tools required to be successful in the territory
We are looking forward to
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or another related field of study or equivalent work experience
Substantial track record in a quota driven sales role selling IAM and / or IT security solutions to medium and large accounts
Technical acumen and proficiency with various business productivity sales tools, such as Microsoft Office365 and Salesforce.com
Fluency in Italian or Spanish and English
