Regional Sales Representative - Retail Sales

District Brewing Company is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Retail Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence in liquor stores and grocery accounts across Saskatchewan.

This role is focused on execution and growth at the retail level—ensuring our products are well positioned, consistently stocked, and performing strongly on shelves across the province.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow relationships with liquor stores and grocery accounts across Saskatchewan
• Prospect and secure new retail listings for District products
• Drive sales volume through strong in-store execution and account management
• Ensure optimal shelf placement, displays, and product visibility
• Coordinate and execute promotions, tastings, and in-store activations
• Monitor inventory levels and work with accounts to maintain proper stock
• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) to support retail success

What We’re Looking For

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail in execution
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel throughout Saskatchewan
• Ability to stay overnight away from home regularly
• Sales experience in beverage, CPG, or retail is an asset
• Valid driver’s license required
