Lead the end‑to‑end development and launch of compliant products across ROAP (Rest of Asia Pacific) and China, providing technical, scientific, and regulatory expertise while partnering cross‑functionally to bring concepts to market and support lifecycle management.

New Concept & Innovation
- Develop and deliver new product concepts across brands and markets (ROAP & China)
- Partner with marketing to prioritise opportunities and refine concepts
- Provide scientific input into product positioning and communication
- Stay across global trends to drive innovation
- Create evidence-based formulations within regional regulatory requirements
- Assess product feasibility (format, ingredients, claims) to ensure commercial viability
- Recommend claims and indications in line with regulations
- Manage products through development processes to meet timelines
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- Support regulatory documentation and scientific files
- Respond to technical and scientific queries
- Prepare safety assessments and compliance documentation
- Support safety-related activities and issue management
- Develop scientific resources, training, and education materials
- Engage with HCPs, KOLs, and external stakeholders
- Represent the business at industry events where required
- Ensure promotional materials meet regulatory requirements
- Advise marketing on compliant advertising and claims
- Review content to ensure accuracy and scientific alignment
Skills and Experiences:
About you
- Fluent in Mandarin essential
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally with different departments with different levels of expertise
- Co-ordination and strong problem-solving ability
- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and critically analysing scientific research
- Strong understanding of the TGA, FSANZ, Medical Device, OTC, cosmetic and other FMCG regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Naturopath, nutritionist, or other relevant qualified health care professional with evidence-based medicine knowledge preferred
