Description:
This role is to support the Senior SHEQ advisor.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Implement the business’s SHEQ agenda and SHEQ Strategic Plan and advise management of opportunities to improve SHEQ performance
Ensure that processes needed for the SHEQ Management System are implemented, and maintained
Report on the performance of the SHEQ Management System and any need for improvement
Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organisation
  • Frequent travel will be required (40% of the role)
Skills and Experiences:
Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3 to 5 years SHEQ experience with large and complex organisations, in the industrial services sector
Able to engage and win the support of business leaders to champion key operating initiatives that promote a safety culture
Able to execute programs with well-planned communications and change management strategies
Analysis skills to determine issues and recommend changes in workplace operations
Proven experience in achieving SHEQ performance improvement
