- Build capability within support teams through coaching, guidance and performance development
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funders, partners and corporate teams
Requirements for success
- Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative and operational support within complex environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams to achieve strong performance and service outcomes
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Sound judgement, initiative and discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Experience in reporting, data analysis and using insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and confidence using systems to support administration, reporting and coordination
- Hold current valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Drivers’ Licence
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
