You'll make a difference by:
  • Driving Regional Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across assigned regions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Developing Employer Branding Strategies: Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team and external agencies to create and implement regional employer branding initiatives.
  • Optimizing Recruitment Channels: Analyze and improve the effectiveness of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Building Stakeholder Relationships: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
  • Managing Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track, report, and analyze key recruitment metrics, including pulling reports and cleaning up spreadsheets, to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Projects: Contribute to regional and global talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

Your defining qualities:
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: 3+ years of experience in regional talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Employer Branding Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
