Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Regional Tractor Trailer Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves safely operating large commercial vehicles to transport freight across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, knowledge of heavy equipment operation, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. This is day shift.

Duties

• Safely operate tractor-trailers to transport freight within 100 miles of our terminal within designated routes
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance
• Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo would be beneficial.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation laws and safety regulations during operations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (AZ) with clean driving record, must be able and willing to drive manual transmission
• Experience operating tractor-trailers in a freight or logistics environment with experience with multi drops and multi pickups (LTL)
• Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is preferred
• Strong attention to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills and reliability for consistent on-time deliveries
• Pay is hourly with direct deposit weekly, average 50 hours per week, family medical benefits starting day one. WE DO NOT PAY INCORPORATION.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
