The Role: We're looking to expand our team with passionate, hardworking Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs). This is a unique opportunity for the right candidates to make a significant difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

Responsibilities
-Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
-Provide direct, one-on-one therapy with children in their homes.
-Collect and record data on the progress and abilities of the clients.
-Assist in the analysis and adaptation of treatment plans to ensure they are as effective as possible.
-Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.

Qualifications
-Current RBT certification.
-Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience preferred but not required.
-Passionate about helping individuals with autism and related disorders.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the local area.
