Your Responsibilities As an Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data and submit session notes promptly.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Travel to client locations; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Registered Behavioral Technician Qualifications:
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid state identification card.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an ABA Therapist or 2 years working with children (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
- Greensboro, NC 27495 (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
