Your Responsibilities As an Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect data and submit session notes promptly.
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Travel to client locations; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Registered Behavioral Technician Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Valid state identification card.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an ABA Therapist or 2 years working with children (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

  • Greensboro, NC 27495 (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
