Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting individuals with behavioral health needs, particularly children and those with developmental disabilities. Reporting to a supervising professional, you will utilize your core skills in medical documentation and care plans, alongside premium skills in applied behavior analysis and data collection. Your role will involve implementing behavior management strategies and fostering a supportive environment to enhance the well-being of clients. Responsibilities:
- Assist students on a 1:1 or classroom aide basis within a school setting
- Work alongside lead teacher and fellow aides
- Implement individuals’ IEP and work on individual goals
- Work with student’s grade K – 12th and ages 5-22
- Assist with various behavioral levels including mild/mod/severe
- Assist with toileting and diapering as needed
Training:
- Autism training
- 4-hour online training in ABA basics

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or special needs population
- 1 year behaviors experience (required)
- Valid RBT License
Preemployment Testing:
- Criminal background check & LiveScan
- TB test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
