The Opportunity: We are looking for a "Pro"—an experienced Registered Dental Assistant who has mastered their craft and is ready to hit the ground running. Because we are a busy, streamlined office, we are seeking someone who doesn’t need hand-holding. If you are someone who can walk into a treatment room, anticipate the dentist's next move, and manage your flow independently, you will thrive here.

What You’ll Do

• Jump Right In: Utilize your years of experience to provide high-quality chairside assistance for a variety of procedures from day one.
• Work Independently: Manage room turnovers, sterilization, and lab cases with minimal supervision.
• Patient Connection: Act as a friendly, knowledgeable face for our family of patients, explaining treatments and calming nerves with ease.
• Collaborate: Support the front office when needed, showing off your versatility and "team-first" attitude.

What We’re Looking For

• The "Expert" Factor: Clinical experience as an RDA. You know the instruments, the materials, and the workflow like the back of your hand.
• Minimal Training Needed: You are comfortable jumping into a new environment and finding your rhythm quickly.
• Reliability: In a small team, every person counts. We need someone dependable who takes pride in their work ethic.
• Certifications: Active RDA license, X-ray certification, and CPR/BLS are required.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with [Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental] so you can navigate charts without a learning curve.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
