About the Role:
Are you a dietitian that loves to learn and work collaboratively in a team? Are you interested in helping those who have eating disorders and various forms of disordered eating? We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team at The Kahm Clinic in Burlington, VT. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients on their journey to recovery. We will teach you how to use a metabolic cart, which measures your patient’s metabolism; we will also teach you how to use a body composition analysis, which measures lean tissue, fat, water phase angle, etc. Our goal is to help you become an outstanding eating disorder dietitian.

Kahm Center for Eating Disorders is a small family run IOP and PHP for eating disorders in Vermont. Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment for both our clients and our staff. We’re a great team, work out of a beautiful office in Burlington, we pay competitively, and we will support and help you to always learn and grow as a dietitian.
Hours: 20hrs/week.

Responsibilities:
- Create personalized meal plans for clients based on their individual needs and dietary restrictions
- Educate clients and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Lead some nutrition groups
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Conduct regular assessments and provide ongoing support to clients in their nutritional goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in the field of nutrition and eating disorders
- Perform metabolic & body composition analysis
Requirements:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with eating disorder clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for helping individuals with eating disorders achieve a healthy relationship with food
