Role Overview
A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short-term and long-term patient needs.
Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Evaluation
- Collect and document patient information upon arrival.
- Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments.
- Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives.

Patient Education
- Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens.
- Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements.

Customer Service & Advocacy
- Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
- Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed.

Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
- Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care.

Administrative Duties
- Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
BLS Certification required.
