Job Summary

Ithis Hospital is hiring a professionally trained B.Sc Nursing graduate with a minimum of one year of hospital experience. The role requires not only strong clinical skills but also exceptional communication ability, emotional intelligence, and a patient-first mindset.

This position is suited for nurses who can think clearly, speak confidently, and represent the hospital with professionalism in front of patients, families, and doctors.

Diploma holders are not eligible for this position.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care to patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed
• Communicate patient conditions clearly to doctors and nursing supervisors
• Assist in medical procedures, rounds, and emergency situations
• Maintain precise and timely nursing documentation
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment plans and care instructions
• Follow infection control, safety protocols, and hospital policies strictly
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, and professional conduct

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution (Compulsory)
• Valid State Nursing Council Registration
• Minimum 1 year of continuous hospital experience
• Strong command over spoken communication (English mandatory; Malayalam preferred)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
