Description:
About The Role

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in Coffs Harbour NSW.

You will:
•
Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients’ homes, including individual case management.

•
Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.

•
Deliver education, counselling, and group support aimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.

•
Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.

•
Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.

Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Need:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
• Australian Working Rights
• Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives

Willingness to complete:

• Police Check
• Working with Children’s Check
• Updated Vaccination/Immunisation Record
• Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
