Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN | Night Shift (7AM-7PM)
Location: Lake City, FL
Shift: Days | 12-hour shift | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical care team in a skilled nursing facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring quality care delivery and positive outcomes for our residents.

This is a hands-on leadership role where the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising nursing personnel and ensuring daily care is delivered according to professional standards and regulatory guidelines.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the daily delivery of nursing care on your assigned shift

• Monitor staff performance and ensure care aligns with policies, procedures, and resident care plans

• Identify issues in nursing care and implement immediate corrective actions

• Provide written and verbal reports to the Director of Nursing as needed

• Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure continuity of care

• Participate in team meetings to resolve challenges and improve service delivery

• Ensure proper documentation, communication, and handoffs occur during and between shifts

Registered Nurse (RN) – Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of employment

• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience

• At least 1 year of experience working in geriatrics or subacute care

• Management or supervisory experience preferred

• Peripheral IV certification preferred

• CPR/BLS certification required

• Strong communication and leadership skills
