Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehab Inpatient (Night Shift)
Location: Lawton, OK
Shift Details: Night Shift | 36 Hours/Week
Pay rate:

• Travel RN: $56 - $62 per hour
• Local RN: $50 - $56 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in patient recovery? We’re hiring RNs to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit on the night shift in Lawton, OK. This role offers new graduate nurses an excellent opportunity to grow clinical expertise in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the rehab unit
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and update care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, physical/occupational therapists, and case managers
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and care routines
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and care provided
• Act quickly to respond to patient needs and urgent medical situations
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols and patient safety guidelines

Qualifications

• License: Active RN license in Oklahoma or Compact State
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) & NIH Stroke Certification (required)
• Experience:
• New graduate nurses are welcome and encouraged to apply
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
