Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Clinical Oversight

A Touch of Love and Care LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and leadership within our growing home-care agency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight of personal care services
- Conduct supervisory visits for caregivers
- Review and approve individualized care plans
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid and state regulatory requirements
- Oversee documentation accuracy and quality assurance processes
- Support staff competency validation and performance monitoring
Position Type: RN Supervisor
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Supervisory experience required (home-care supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
- Reliable transportation
