Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Clinical Oversight

A Touch of Love and Care LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical oversight and leadership within our growing home-care agency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight of personal care services
• Conduct supervisory visits for caregivers
• Review and approve individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid and state regulatory requirements
• Oversee documentation accuracy and quality assurance processes
• Support staff competency validation and performance monitoring

Position Type: RN Supervisor

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Supervisory experience required (home-care supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards
• Reliable transportation
