Registered Nurse, Theatres, Elective Surgery Centre

We're looking for passionate and dedicated theatre staff, to join our dedicated teams at Elective Surgery Centre (ESC) and Totara Haumaru - overlooking the incredible, volcanically formed Lake Pupuke, just a stone's throw away from our world-famous Waitemata Harbour and some of the region's most spectacular beaches.

Located at North Shore Hospital, ESC and Totara Haumaru, together have twelve operating theatres.

Totara Haumaru is a new state-of-the-art facility with eight operating theatres - Totara Haumaru opened in July 2024 and provides a wide range of specialties, general, gynaecology, laparoscopic, urology and robotic surgery.

ESC has four operating theatres and is primarily orthopaedic specialty, being the centre which pioneered the robotic knee arthroplasties in New Zealand.

To be considered for this position, we're looking for candidates with relevant theatre experience, we would take into account your ability to demonstrate that theatre scrub role is the career pathway you've always been aspiring to and understand what the role involves.

In return, we can offer excellent teamwork on a Monday-Friday roster between 07:30-18:00 with no weekend or night shift requirements!
