Job Overview

ELITE MATERNITY SERVICES is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications accurately following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures such as phlebotomy and laboratory testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide specialized care for specific populations including pediatrics, seniors, dementia patients, or those requiring pain management or case management.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care instructions.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for patient safety and infection control.
• Support patients in various settings including hospital wards, assisted living facilities, or home environments.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN).
• Proven experience in hospital settings or acute care environments preferred.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and nursing best practices.
• Experience with patient populations such as pediatrics, seniors, or individuals with dementia is a plus.
• Ability to perform clinical skills including phlebotomy and pain management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Prior experience in home care or nursing homes is advantageous.

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
