Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, or Clinical Social Workerto join our Cold Lake team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, dedicated to high-quality client care, and eager to be part of a collaborative and supportive practice environment. Supporting Wellness has several contracts that it needs to fulfill therefore we are ONLY looking for the above roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Conduct assessments (if qualified) and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment
• Maintain accurate, ethical documentation in accordance with College standards
• Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and community outreach as needed

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with:
• College of Alberta Psychologists (Registered Psychologist) OR
• Alberta College of Social Workers (Clinical Social Worker) not registered but clinical status.
• Experience in trauma, EMDR, CBT, family/couples therapy, or other areas of specialization considered an asset.
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to professional development
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
