Play a pivotal role in uniting the team and driving them to achieve their KPIs, you will be the glue that holds everything together!

ABOUT THE ROLE - MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA
Join our team and play a key role in delivering the Practice Review Program in New Zealand. You will support the Regulation Team, Reviewers, and Members to meet review targets and achieve efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with the administration of the Practice Review process.
  • Arrange and monitor Practice Reviews, travel, and electronic files.
  • Manage calls and correspondence from Members and Reviewers.
  • Compile and analyse information for practice reviews and reporting.
  • Handle financial tasks like timesheets, accounts, and monthly processes.
  • Provide adhoc project support, including systems testing.
ABOUT YOU - HE KŌRERO MŌU
You will have excellent business communication and organisational skills. You are tech savvy with an aptitude for numbers. You will also have:
  • A “can-do” attitude, flexibility, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail, particularly regarding privacy requirements, efficiencies, and timelines.
  • Investigative mindset and willingness to embrace change.
  • Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Netsuite or similar system.
