Regulatory Affairs E-Doc Assistant (1 year contract) in Singapore - Your future position?
Location: Pioneer, Singapore
Reporting to: Regulatory Manager

As an Regulatory Affairs E-Doc Assistant, you will rovide basic regulatory support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines. Typically work under supervision and guidance from more senior peer.

Core Responsibility:
  • With guidance, prepare and deliver product information and technical documentation in a timelyanner, according to customers' needs and regulatory requirements
  • Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage data. Consult with senior Regulatory team members for interpretational issues or questions not covered by guidelines and/or policies to ensure product's information is in strict compliance with customer's requirement, regulations and industrystandards
  • Generate technical reports and declarations for internal and external
  • Gathering information via Web Information tools
  • Interact with functional teams to complete Regulatory activities as required
  • Assist managers/specialists as assigned
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of customer requirements
  • Interact with commercial teams as guided to provide regulatory support
  • Identify and implement opportunities for eciencies with current processes

Academic Background:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a scientific discipline i.e. chemistry, food, biological or physical sciences

Technical Skills:
  • Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products Basic knowledge in food, chemistry or related disciplines
