In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs
We are seeking for a highly motivated professional to join our team as Regulatory Affairs Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing regulatory strategies ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the European regulation system as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will own the execution of the regulatory strategy for the assigned markets
He or she will work closely with the Government Relations team, the Product Stewardship team, Communications and the Marketing Managers to execute the regulatory strategy
He/She will own the project management and the KPI follow up for the assigned markets
Will be accountable for developing the right communication tools to support regulatory / GR activities
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or business subject.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as Chemicals or Pharmaceuticals
- Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to operate across multiple functions
- Familiarity with European Commission structure, operation and regulatory frameworks
- Strong project management skills ensuring delivery of actions to deadline
- Ability to build impactful industry arguments, based on data and customer examples to support the communication plans
- Willingness to travel 15% of the time
