Our Hamilton clinic is looking for an enthusiastic Rehab Coach who will empower our clients to regain their autonomy and participation across the demands of everyday life. We work hard to ensure our communities live their best lives.

Main responsibilities:

Work with our therapists to execute TI plans
Link the client to community resources / support
Utilise diary management software and guides
Ensure client queries are communicated to the leading therapist

Maintain relevant board registration / APC where required
Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
