Job Description

Our Hamilton clinic is looking for an enthusiastic Rehab Coach who will empower our clients to regain their autonomy and participation across the demands of everyday life. We work hard to ensure our communities live their best lives.
- Work with our therapists to execute TI plans
- Link the client to community resources / support
- Utilise diary management software and guides
- Ensure client queries are communicated to the leading therapist
- Annual budget set aside for professional development / study
- All efforts made to provide you with the work / life balance that suits your needs
- Use of company car for client visits
- Permanent full-time role with clear career progression
- Great team culture with regular social events, weekly treats, award schemes
- Well-being initiatives: annual eye exam, flu vaccination, access to EAP services
- Maintain relevant board registration / APC where required
- Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
- Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
- Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
