Description:
Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is seeking a Rehoming Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to combine CRM leadership, customer engagement, and animal welfare. You will oversee the adoption enquiry pipeline, ensuring prospective adopters receive an outstanding experience while supporting the Greyhound Adoption Program (GAP) to achieve its rehoming goals. Based across our Head Office and GAP Tullamarine, you’ll play a key role in connecting interested adopters with greyhounds ready for their next chapter.

What You’ll Do

Manage and convert adoption enquiries, guiding prospective adopters through the rehoming journey.
Lead the effective use of HubSpot, maintaining data quality, reporting, and workflow automation.
Analyse pipeline performance and provide insights to improve lead generation and adoption outcomes.
Represent GAP at rehoming events, engaging with potential adopters and generating qualified leads.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great outcomes and enjoys working with both people and data.

You will bring:
Broad experience in sales or customer service roles or related fields.
Strong experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not required) and the ability to configure workflows and extract insights.

• Ability to build rapport with the general public and work effectively across internal organisational lines.
• An understanding of animal welfare, rehoming programmes, or the racing industry will be highly advantageous.
• ​​​​​​​Valid Victorian driver’s licence.
