Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is the statutory authority responsible for regulating, conducting, and promoting the sport of greyhound racing and greyhound welfare in our state.

The sport generates $643 million in economic activity, returns over $75 million in prize money, rehomes more than 2,600 greyhounds, and directly involves over 17,000 people.

Description:
Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) is looking for a Rehoming Lead Generation & CRM Specialist to join our corporate department. In this pivotal role, you will manage our enquiry pipeline to meet monthly adoption targets and serve as the functional lead for our HubSpot CRM.

Based at our GRV Head Office and GAP Tullamarine, you will bridge the gap between digital enquiries and successful, lasting matches for our greyhounds.

The Role

As the Rehoming Lead Generation & CRM Specialist, you will:
Drive the Adoption Pipeline: Serve as the primary contact for inbound enquiries, qualifying leads to ensure a high-quality pool of prospective adopters.
CRM Leadership: Lead the configuration and data integrity of HubSpot, ensuring it remains a reliable "source of truth" for the Greyhound Adoption Program (GAP).
Marketing Collaboration: Provide actionable feedback to the Marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness based on real-world interactions and CRM data.
Event Engagement: Support and lead rehoming-focused events, capturing and qualifying leads on-the-spot to transition them into the adoption funnel.

About You

We are seeking a candidate who brings:
Experience: At least 5+ years in sales or customer service roles.
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred but not required and the ability to configure workflows and extract insights.
Communication Skills: An ability to build rapport with the general public and work effectively across internal organisational lines.
Industry Knowledge: An understanding of animal welfare, rehoming programmes, or the racing industry is highly advantageous.
Requirements: A valid Victorian driver’s licence.
