Job Purpose:
The Senior Relationship Manager, Digital Remittances (Personal segment) would carry out the business and revenue objectives of Money2India and other digital & Non-Face-to-Face personal remittance channels of the Bank. The person will be responsible for relationship management of the existing customer base and by generating business from new customers Digital Platforms or by conducting promotional/ sales activities outside the Bank premises. The person will identify and execute new process improvements and new business initiatives on Money2India (Canada) and all other digital / non-face-to-face personal remittance channels. The Senior RM would have the following responsibilities:
Area of Responsibility
1. Ensure achievement of monthly as well as annual business and revenue objectives through existing relationship management and acquiring a new customer base.
2. Execute within timelines, various marketing and promotional initiatives for Money2India (Canada) and any other digital & non-face-to-face channels, to ensure revenue and volume objectives are met.
3. Ensure relationship management, engage with existing and new/prospective customers. Plan and execute promotional engagements, Kiosk set-up to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
4. Continuously develop synergies with India Branches and India business teams to educate them about Money2India (Canada) & other digital channels product, features, promotional offers.
5. Identity and roll-out new areas and avenues to grow Money2India and other digital and non face-to-face platforms/channels and business
6. Ensure smooth operation, safety and security of employees, manpower planning (vacation scheduling, etc.) maintain client information confidentiality and manage physical assets and all business interests of the bank as assigned, or situation demands itself from time to time.
7. Increase Fx and fee revenue without any revenue leakage.
8. Adhering to banks policies and procedures, updating customer profile to ensure AML/ATF polices are followed.
9. Update/keep track/publish daily, monthly and annual business MIS/Reports to seniors. Filing and maintenance of records and documentations.
10. Render excellent service to the customer with a pleasant demeanor.
11. Ensure coaching and training on existing and new personal remittances related products/features to team members as directed.
12. Actively participate in specific projects/new activities.
13. Participate in any other activities to facilitate business growth or as assigned by the reporting authority.
14. Ensure all Bank’s policies, corporate security policies, regulatory guidelines, Industry service standards and codes of conduct are adhered to.
15. Take ownership of client complaints/issues, initiating action, following up with respective units and resolving the problem within stipulated timeframe and keeping the clients informed during the process
16. Identify process improvement opportunities and strive for continuous improvements
17. Other duties as assigned from time to time.
