Job Summary

Join our dynamic remodeling team as a Remodeling Crew Member and be at the forefront of transforming spaces! Duties

  • Assist in the demolition, framing, and installation of building components such as doors, windows, cabinets, and trim carpentry.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively.
  • Install flooring, tile, stucco, drywall, and other building materials following blueprints and schematics.
  • Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing repairs, and plastering tasks with precision.
  • Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of remodeling projects.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during outdoor work activities.
  • Collaborate with team members on schematics interpretation, fabrication tasks, glass installation, caulking, and restoration projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven construction experience with a strong background in remodeling or building construction.
  • Familiarity with bluebeam software for digital plan review is a plus.
  • Experience in construction management or estimating is advantageous but not required.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, masonry, welding, and concrete finishing enhances your candidacy.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely; experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions; commitment to safety protocol adherence is essential.
  • Strong teamwork skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to follow construction plans precisely.
