Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, showcasing expertise in building, restoring, and enhancing residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to caulking, siding installation, and door hanging.
• Execute carpentry work to build and restore structures as per project specifications.
• Conduct minor electrical work safely .
• Plumb fixtures and fittings as required for various remodeling projects.
• Lift heavy materials and equipment as necessary to complete tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

Experience

• Proven experience in remodeling or construction roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in caulking, carpentry, siding installation, electrical work, door hanging, plumbing, and minor heavy lifting .
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.78 - $21.03 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
