About the Opportunity

Oxville Digital is a growing Australian technology and digital solutions company, and we're looking for motivated, confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our expanding sales team.

We're currently recruiting multiple Remote Appointment Setters to connect with Australian business owners, introduce our services and arrange appointments with prospective clients.

You don't need years of sales experience to succeed in this role! We're more interested in finding individuals with the right attitude, confidence on the phone, strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Making outbound calls to Australian businesses.
• Speaking confidently and professionally with business owners.
• Introducing our company's services.
• Identifying potential customers and booking appointments.
• Working towards achievable performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, reliable and eager to succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous sales or appointment-setting experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
