Your Role
The Field Marketing Manager for APAC will champion RoomPriceGenie’s brand presence across the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives that fuel sales and customer engagement. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute tailored marketing campaigns and events for APAC’s diverse markets. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity where you’ll take ownership of diverse responsibilities:
Campaign & Event Execution:
Develop and implement region-specific marketing campaigns, focusing on building brand awareness, driving pipeline growth, and supporting RoomPriceGenie’s overall marketing strategy.
Organize and manage regional trade shows, conferences, webinars, and association-led engagements.
Sales & Market Alignment:
Act as a strategic partner to the APAC sales team, aligning marketing efforts to address region-specific needs.
Regularly collaborate with your GTM team to understand market priorities, identify key topics, and provide tailored marketing support.
SWAG & Brand Presence:
Coordinate with the design team to develop impactful SWAG items that reflect RoomPriceGenie’s brand identity. Ensure the APAC market has tailored merchandise for events, trade shows, and client engagement.
Market Analysis & Performance Tracking:
Conduct market research to identify regional trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and events, making adjustments to optimize results.
Budget Management:
Oversee the APAC regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and campaign execution.
Your Profile
C2-level English proficiency and currently based in Australia or New Zealand. Must be eligible to live and work there.
2-4 years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or tech industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working closely with sales and GTM teams.
Analytical mindset, capable of using data to drive decision-making and measure campaign performance.
Ability to develop innovative marketing concepts and out-of-the-box strategies tailored to diverse markets.
Familiarity with regional market trends across APAC and an understanding of industry associations
Experience in digital marketing, event planning, and SWAG coordination.
Nice to have
Languages: Proficiency in additional languages spoken in the APAC region (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a strong plus.
Technical Skills: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
