About the Role:
Hire LBS is seeking a proactive and driven Remote Sales Associate to join our team! As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in outbound calling, building connections, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Engage potential customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve outreach efforts.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including call targets and conversion goals.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and market trends to deliver effective sales pitches.
- Provide feedback to the management team to enhance lead quality and overall sales processes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and succeed in a sales role.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in sales or outbound calling is a plus but not required. Enthusiasm and a willingness to grow are essential.
