We are currently expanding our business development team and are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to help grow our client partnerships nationwide.
Position Overview
The Remote Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with employers, and promoting MATCH-UP EMPLOYMENT AGENCY’s staffing and recruitment solutions. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys sales, relationship building, and working in a performance-focused remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Canadian markets
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Present staffing and recruitment solutions to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client hiring needs and recommend appropriate workforce solutions
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful client placements
- Meet or exceed established sales and performance targets
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable conducting virtual sales presentations and client meetings
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales
- Knowledge of Canadian hiring markets and workforce trends
- Previous remote sales or inside sales experience
- Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to closing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,500.00-$92,378.64 per year
