Remote Work: Market Research Telephone Interviewers. Evening/Weekends

We are looking for fully remote staff for our telephone interviewing team. We are looking for long-term staff for evening and/or weekend shifts. Those who are showing a good performance may be asked to continue on to day-time shifts but this is project dependent.

Requirements:

A quiet location to work where you will not be disturbed for the duration of your shift

Windows Laptop compatible with Windows 10 or above

An ethernet cable to plug directly in to a broadband router

A headset with a microphone

No selling involved and no experience required. You need a good telephone voice, professional and polite telephone manner, must have a confident outlook. You need basic keyboard skills. Full training will be given to successful applicants.

You will choose your hours from shifts between 5pm - 9pm Monday to Friday and/or 10am - 2pm Saturdays. Shifts from 2pm - 9pm are also an option subject to project availability. Shifts on Sundays are subject to project availability and are from 11am-3pm. Preferred candidates would be able to commit to at least 3 shifts a week - You choose when you work.

Please note hours are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Your starting Rate of Pay will be €14.15 per hour however, depending on your performance and length of service with us (a minimum of 3 months) there is an excellent opportunity for you to qualify for the higher rates.

Rates of Pay:

Level 0 - €14.15 per hour

Level 1 - €14.75 per hour

Level 2 - €15.75 per hour

Level 3 - €16.75 per hour

Holiday and Bank Holiday benefit is paid monthly at the rate of 14.5%

PLEASE NOTE: Successful applicants are not eligible to take holiday leave for the first three months of employment (unless arranged with management prior to commencement)
