Rental Coordinator / Inside Sales

Core Rental Services is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Saskatoon location. This role focuses on renting (primarily) and selling a variety of construction equipment, tools, and related accessories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer orders promptly and accurately through our order system.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery times, whether in person or via email.
• Provide product features/capabilities and make recommendations based on customer/job needs.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team in Swift Current and Saskatoon branches.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in equipment rentals, construction, oil & gas, or heavy equipment industries an asset, but not required.
• Experience in order desk, customer service, and inside sales
• Some knowledge of logistics planning and scheduling
• Understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Including proficiency using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Must have the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Inventory management experience is an asset, but not required

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
