Company Overview: Cellular Magician operates five dynamic locations, managed centrally from our Dundas corporate headquarters. We specialize in fast, reliable, and customer-oriented cell phone repairs.

Position Overview: We're looking for our next Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team. You'll start hands-on with repairs, and as you grow, take on more client coordination and workflow responsibilities. This is a role for someone who wants to build real skills and advance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cell phone repairs (screens, batteries, charging ports, etc.)
• Learn and master repair techniques across a wide range of device models
• Provide accurate repair timelines to customers (typically 1-2 hours)
• Log and track repair jobs through our Command Center POS system
• Travel between our London and St. Thomas locations as needed
• As you progress: coordinate workflow between technicians and clients, handle quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• A natural inclination to take things apart and understand how they work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required)
• Previous repair experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
