BDS are recruiting for a Repairs Coordinator for a Housing Organization based across their Hammersmith and Kingscross offices
You will be supporting tenants with correspondents around housing repairs.
A background of responsive repairs, housing and customer service is desirable as we are looking for a client to hit the ground running.
Other duties will include but are not limited too;
- Deal with day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from tenants and Clients, in a timely and professional manner
- To liaise with tenants and Clients as required ensuring a quality service is delivered and a level of customer satisfaction achieved.
- Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers, always maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Daily allocation of workload to engineers on our System
- To make appointments for gas, electric and plumbing jobs from email enquiries and Housing online portal
Payrate; £15.67 PAYE or in circa of £19.70 Umb
You will be on a 5 week rota – 3 at hammersmith and 2 at kings cross. Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm.
Temp ongoing project to start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £19.70 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Work Location: In person
