The Reporting Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of operational reporting and administrative coordination. You will oversee the accuracy of departmental data, streamline reporting workflows, and ensure that all administrative pillars are aligned with the company’s broader strategic goals.

• ​Data Architecture & Insight: Design and manage comprehensive reporting frameworks that track KPIs across multiple departments.
• ​Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact for senior leadership, translating raw data into executive summaries and monthly performance decks.
• ​Operational Oversight: Streamline administrative workflows and implement digital tools to automate recurring reporting tasks.
• ​Quality Assurance: Audit internal databases to ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and compliance with company protocols.
• ​Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in communication or data flow and propose scalable solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
