Job Description

The Reporting Services Associate is responsible for creating bespoke financial reports for our wide range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated professional to develop their financial career within a leading organization.

Responsibilities:

Running daily, weekly, monthly and other regular or ad hoc reports for internal departments or the client. This includes the creation and the setup of new reports.
Products reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Management Information (MI) reporting.
Prepares and collates Transfer Agency data information to comply with internal & external audit requests.
Plays a supporting role to the Team Leader and Managers.
Works independently and will also work on improving established guidelines and practices by consulting with the Team Leader and Manager where clarification or exception may be required.
The Reporting team interacts daily with the client and internal parties to resolve all reporting related queries.

Requirements:

Education:

Successfully attended final second-level education (BAC+2 minimum) or equivalent professional qualification.
University degree in accounting, banking, finance or business administration will be considered as a plus.

Professional Experience:

A first experience in Transfer Agency or Financial Services is preferred.

Technical skills:

Advanced computing skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint) are required.
An analytical and logical working methodology
SQL knowledge is considered as an additional asset.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
Fluent in English with strong language skills a clear preference.
Additional languages (e.g. German, French, Luxembourgish, Italian and/or Spanish) are assets
